FLAGSHIP ENTERPRISE CENTER

Anderson, Indiana

Type: New Construction

Size: 40,000 Square Feet

Completed: May 2005

Located at Exit 22 on I-69 in Anderson, the 40,000 s.f. Flagship Enterprise Center serves as a small business incubator and early business accelerator. Focusing on developing emerging manufacturing, electronic, and life science technologies the vision for the center developed through the collaboration of the City of Anderson, Anderson University, and Purdue University. KRM was eager to design the environment where new jobs will transpire, life science clinical research will grow, electronic technologies emerge, and young entrepreneurs are nurtured.

Designed with younger, independent workers in mind, multiple commons areas with a kitchen, comfortable seating, and tables encourage the mingling of entrepreneurs. A fitness center, locker room, and 24 hour access are other features that are attracting new companies to the Flagship Enterprise Center. The appeal to businesses in communities such as Carmel, Noblesville, and Fishers is growing due to the accessibility from I-69 and short commute.
