The town of Laurel broke ground January 19, 2005 on a brand new facility which will house the Town Hall, Fire Department, Police Department, and emergency medical services.  The firestation will be able to house four fire trucks with the new 3,000 square foot garage bays.  Public meeting rooms, offices, and a kitchen will also be including in the building. The Grand Opening will take place this summer.
