The purpose of this review project was to allocate categories of facility work with an accompanying schedule for phasing and completion of the work. Our process enabled various stakeholders to participate in identifying needs or issues of concern regarding each of the facilities in the corporation. It began by walking through each of the buildings and compiling a list of items that required maintenance, upgrades, or changes. In addition to the items identified by the school corporation, KRM contributed additional ideas that the school may find valuable. In the end the school corporation had a resource booklet which contained drawings, descriptions, implementation schedule, and cost estimates of various improvement items.
